1:ORDERS

All information collected at the time of order is kept strictly confidential. To view our Privacy Policy please click here. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the items being shipped. Some custom orders may require longer ship times. We do our best to ensure that all items are clearly and accurately represented in photographs and/or videos and written descriptions. We do not offer returns or exchanges without previous consent. Please contact us here to request a return or exchange. All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of tracking number indicating a package was received. No return or exchange will be granted after 7 days of a package being recieved. Shipping and handling is never refundable even upon an approved return or exchange.

2:SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Ogden, UT and are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed and paid for. Some custom orders and lapidary orders may require more time. We will update orders with tracking information when applicable. All orders are mailed USPS unless otherwise arranged. USPS has 30 days according to their site to deliver a package, during this time we are unable to process a shipping claim. Rockpick Legend Co and The Crystal Barista are not responsible for packages lost in shipping, though we will work with the carrier to process a claim. Shipping and handling is never refundable even upon an approved return or exchange.

3:GIFT SHIPPING

We are happy to offer guest and gift shipping to a third party, as well as gift wrapping. However, we cannot take payments for more or less than the total amount due at the time of the order. We cannot ship a COD order, or collect payment at the time of delivery. 

4:RETURNS

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. To request an exception or report a problem with an order such as damage due to shipping please email us HERE. We will work to ensure the best and most enjoyable social shopping experience possible. All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the tracking number indicating delivery. No returns or exchanged are accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling is never refundable even upon a return or exchange approval.
